that North Cow seems hell-bent on making it "more special". Read

WE ALREADY SAID THAT! – Much
of the information contained in the Madrone report was detailed by
biologists Dave Polster and Sally Leigh-Spencer when the CRA hosted a
public meeting at St Joseph's in June. No one from North Cowichan

Shop at EH! The Imagine Chemainus brochure in Jan. 2006 talked about
"convenience store and local services". This, in a place North Cow has said is being built on smart
growth principles! It's too far from town, so stores will have to be
